Tom Glick excited by Derby County early season form
Derby County chief executive Tom Glick has said he is excited by the club's early season form.
The Rams are currently third in the Championship after winning six and drawing one of their opening 10 games.
Glick told BBC Radio Derby: "I'm encouraged by how we've performed. The team's been characterised by a great work ethic and great team spirit.
"It's an excellent start and we are thrilled with the number of points we have and where we are in the table."
Derby's excellent start has come after several new faces were brought into the club over the summer, not all of which have featured so far.
"We haven't had the chance to see some of the new faces yet and that is exciting, we have also seen the emergence of some young players which is fantastic," added Glick.
"We are capable of a top-six finish but it's a very difficult division, we have to keep doing the things that have enabled us to get here."
