Macclesfield Town down to bare bones, says Gary Simpson

Macclesfield manager Gary Simpson says they are down to the "bare bones" after injuries to Wade Fairhurst, Matty Hamshaw and Shaun Brisley.
Striker Fairhurst missed Wednesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat by Crewe with an ankle injury.
Midfielder Hamshaw and defender Brisley both came off during the tie, with all three doubts for Saturday's League Two trip to Aldershot.
Simpson told BBC Radio Manchester: "We're down to a bit of bare bones."
The Macclesfield boss said Fairhurst had suffered a setback on his comeback from injury.
"He was down to play last night and then gets another knock on the ankle in training," said Simpson.
"He goes to have a scan on it tomorrow, so it's knocked him back a little bit."
Simpson continued: "Matty Hamshaw hobbled off, he looks like he'll be struggling, and Shaun Brisley came off at half time."
