Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson and his assistant Kevin Russell have received one-match touchline bans from the Football Association.
The pair have also been fined £2,000 each after admitting charges of improper conduct following an incident in last week's loss to Doncaster.
Ferguson and Russell will be forced to sit in the stands for Saturday's trip to Bristol City.
Chairman Darragh MacAnthony was also hit with a £2,000 fine last week.
The Irish businessman admitted a charge of improper conduct after criticising the referee in their 1-0 defeat by West Ham.
Ferguson last served a suspension while Preston boss in September last year, when he was banned from the dugout for three games.
