MK Dons won't tweak style - Robinson

MK Dons boss Karl Robinson has rejected suggestions that his team need to change their style of play.

The Dons fell to their second defeat of the season at Oldham on Monday in a match played in inclement weather.

"You can play football in any conditions. We didn't lose because we've overplayed," Robinson told BBC Three Counties Radio.

"We conceded goals through silly errors and that's it. It wasn't acceptable but we will bounce back."

The Dons currently sit in fourth in League One and, despite the setback, Robinson was keen to praise his side's opening to the campaign.

"We've had a fantastic start to the season and now we've got two games back at home, at our fortress.

"It's time to put the rocket launchers on and kick on into a higher gear now."
