Bath City must cut out errors, says Marc Canham

Midfielder Marc Canham says Bath City will be in for a long season if they fail to cut out mistakes in matches.

Canham told BBC Bristol: "It is going to be a long season if we keep making mistakes, so we have to iron them out.

"The lads are pretty down at the moment but we can take confidence from the last two games."

Canham's second goal, a 79th-minute penalty, looked to have secured a point for Bath before Tom Shaw's winner six minutes from time, a goal Canham takes the blame for.

"It was disappointing with their fourth goal as I felt it was my fault, I kind of cost us the result in the end unfortunately.

"We just need to take the good things from the game and work on the bad things we did."
