Bradley Johnson concentrating on Norwich City form

Norwich City midfielder Bradley Johnson has said that he is not being distracted by reports linking him with a call-up to the England squad.
Johnson, 24, joined the Canaries on a free transfer from Leeds United in the summer and has made an instant impression at Carrow Road.
"It's a great achievement for me to be watched by the England staff," Johnson told BBC Radio Norfolk.
"But I'm just concentrating on doing my best for Norwich City."
Johnson, who has American heritage, was linked with a call-up to the USA national side for the 2010 World Cup but this never materialised.
He added: "I've just got to keep my performances up and see where that takes me.
"If I get a call-up then great, that's a bonus to me."
Fellow midfielder Andrew Crofts has been boosted by his own international endeavours with Wales.
The 27-year-old started both games as the country recorded back-to-back victories over Switzerland and Bulgaria.
"It was brilliant, two good wins and two good performances and the turnaround has been great," he said.
The former Brighton man has found himself coming on as a substitute in the last three matches for the Canaries but hopes his performances for his national side can help him get back in the first XI.
"I was happy with the way I was playing when I was starting and so was the gaffer so now I just want to get back in.
"I've gone away with Wales and done well there and I'm hungry as ever."
