Huddersfield Town have been fined £2,500 by the Football Association for failing to control their players at the end of their 2-1 win over Stevenage.
The Terriers admitted a charge of failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion at the end of Saturday's game.
Boss Lee Clark admitted a charge of improper conduct for his involvement in the fracas and was fined £1,000.
Stevenage were also charged and have until 1600 BST on Monday to respond.
Boro manager Graham Westley told BBC Three Counties Radio: "There was a bit of a hullaballo, but nothing that made an impression on me.
"I can't say the incident has any real recollection with me."
