Rene Howe scored twice as Torquay thrashed AFC Wimbledon to end an eight-match winless run.
Once Danny Stevens' deflected shot had broken the deadlock it was one-way traffic.
Eunan O'Kane doubled the Gulls' lead when he robbed Callum McNaughton and Howe volleyed in to make it 3-0.
The striker, who recovered from being knocked out at Southend on Saturday, smashed home his second from 25 yards.
