Darren Murray's double gave Donegal Celtic a Carling Premiership comeback win at Suffolk Road.
Conor Hagan fired in from 18 yards to put Glenavon ahead on three minutes before Murray hit the woodwork.
Murray headed in the leveller after 56 while Glenavon's Ciaran Doherty was given a straight red card after a lunge on Stephen McAlorum six minutes later.
The winner came eight minutes from time when Murray struck from eight yards after good work from Eamon McAllister.
