Gary Dicker injury blow hits Brighton & Hove Albion
Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Gary Dicker could be out until the end of January after being scheduled in for surgery on his leg.
The 25-year-old former Stockport County player fractured his fibula in Monday's 1-0 defeat by West Ham and came off on a stretcher in the 82nd minute.
The Irishman will now be out for 12 to 14 weeks.
He has made 121 appearances for the Seagulls since joining, initially on loan, from Stockport in 2009.
