Bath City's board of directors have given their backing to manager Adie Britton and his assistant Lee Howells.
The Romans have picked up just one win this season and sit bottom of the Blue Square Bet Premier table.
A statement on the club website read: "The board wholeheartedly and unanimously backs Adrian and Arch [Howells].
"They are by far the best management team we could have to help us turn this situation around."
The statement went on to say: "Short-term, obviously results are not what we want. We have played some good football but performances have not led to results and a few key turning points in games have not gone our way.
"[The club] has no intention at all of changing the management team whatever happens in the remainder of the season."
Britton was promoted from assistant manager to full-time Bath boss in 2008 and led them to victory in the Blue Square South play-off final the following season.
Bath finished 10th last season but they have taken just seven points from 18 games this term and sit nine points from safety.
