Exeter City atmosphere pleases boss Paul Tisdale
Exeter boss Paul Tisdale says the good atmosphere within the squad has not been affected by their early season poor form in League One.
Two successive wins against Rochdale and have lifted City above the League One relegation zone after being bottom of the table.
"The spirit in the club and the environment we work in is still upbeat and relaxed," he told BBC Radio Devon.
"That says a lot about them, the club, and the atmosphere that's here."
Tisdale added: "A large key to keeping any team on the right tracks is the atmosphere and the atmosphere has been very good."
And the Grecians boss believes striker Daniel Nardiello, who has scored four of Exeter's last five goals, will continue to improve.
Nardiello struggled at the start of the season following an injury and missed three matches after being sent off at Charlton last month.
"He's always going to be a genuine goal threat when he plays and he's got some continuity in his game," Tisdale said.
"The more he plays, the better he will play, and the more goals he'll score."
