Joel Grant's equaliser in the second minute of stoppage time gave Wycombe a dramatic draw at Notts County.
The hosts, who were aiming for their first victory in four matches, scored after only 44 seconds as Ben Burgess headed home from Alan Sheehan's corner.
Lee Hughes should have made it 2-0 but shot wide when faced with an open goal and that miss proved to be costly.
Wycombe's Stuart Beavon had a header tipped over by Stuart Nelson before Grant's late 20-yarder levelled it.
VIEWS FROM THE TRAINING GROUND
Notts County manager Martin Allen tells BBC Radio Nottingham:
"We had a great start but that was probably the highlight of the afternoon.
"The players tried to get it going but we couldn't get any momentum into our play. We didn't play our normal quick passing play and I think a draw was probably a fair result.
"They have a good young team but we weren't at our best and we didn't get up to top speed. The performance wasn't as good as it has been but it's another point on our total."
