Plymouth Argyle boss Carl Fletcher praises young squad

Plymouth Argyle caretaker manager Carl Fletcher has heaped praise on his squad after their 2-1 loss at Cheltenham.
The Pilgrims conceded two late goals after going one up in the first period as they stay bottom of the Football League.
Argyle are out of administration after James Brent's Friday takeover.
"I've got lads in there - 17, 18-year-olds on the floor, they've worked their socks off, they've worked hard all week," Fletcher told BBC Radio Devon.
And Fletcher was hampered by injuries to key players - 16-year-old striker Matt Lecointe pulled up in the warm-up and goalkeeper Jake Cole had to come off in the second half.
Added to those injury concerns Durrell Berry picked up his fifth yellow card of the season and miss Saturday's game with Morecambe while Jamie Griffiths is facing a three-match ban after getting a red card.
Griffiths was forced to play up front after Lecointe's injury and Fletcher says he was devastated to be sent off.
"He's only a young lad and he's come here and he only wants to do well for the team and for the club.
"Griff has worked his socks off, he's not a striker and he's in tears in the changing room," Fletcher said.
