Truro City chairman Kevin Heaney is to hold an open meeting with fans to discuss the club's current problems.
City were given more time to pay money they owe HM Revenue and Customs by the High Court on Monday after facing a winding-up petition.
Truro are in their first season in the Blue Square Bet South having won five promotions in six years thanks to the backing of Heaney.
Fans will be able to question Heaney on Wednesday, 9 November at Treyew Road.
"With our first season of Conference South football well under way, the chairman and board members of Truro City FC are keen to advance their plans of ensuring this football club becomes firmly established at - and beyond- this remarkable level," said vice-chairman Chris Webb in a statement.
