Manager David Holdsworth says he will put Lincoln City's players through a rigorous training regime during their two-week gap between matches.
The Imps are without a game until 19 November following their FA Cup exit.
Holdsworth told BBC Lincolnshire: "I'll use it to put in a mini pre-season, if you like. They'll be working their socks off and learning how to be fit.
"Those days of people getting holidays and four or five days off are gone. I'm not interested in that."
Holdsworth's plans include a day at an army training camp for Lincoln's players.
Comparing previous training regimes to a holiday camp, he added: "I've said before, 'Butlins is shut' and it is now.
"The players are so tired and fatigued after matches, it's ridiculous and it will be addressed.
"It's not a blame culture but the method will change and the boys will work extremely hard.
"They need to because we're picking up injuries that are down to tiredness."
