Tranmere Rovers deserved JP Trophy exit - Les Parry

Tranmere manager Les Parry says he was disappointed with the manner of his side's 4-3 Johnstone's Paint Trophy exit to Chesterfield on Wednesday.
Danny Whitaker's injury-time free-kick gave the the Spireites the spoils.
Parry told BBC Radio Merseyside: "We didn't do anything well enough, to be quite honest.
"It was three headers they scored with, and when the ball comes in the box it looked like they were going to score. I thought Chesterfield deserved it."
He added: "We've go to do better than that. That's not us. You can't give away soft goals and we've come back into it leading 3-2 and we've got to shut up shop.
"For periods we were the better side but then lapses in concentration and the set-play at the end summed it up to be honest."
