Scottish Football League Division Three bottom club East Stirlingshire ended a run of 10 successive defeats by claiming a draw against Elgin City.

The visitors took a first-minute lead through Craig Gunn, who rifled the ball into the roof of the net from 12 yards.

Shire levelled five minutes before half-time when Bradley Coyne's free-kick beat goalkeeper Alexander Clark.

The home side ended the match with 10 men as Alistair Love was sent off for violent conduct 12 minutes from the end.
