Lincoln City boss David Holdsworth says he will step up his efforts to move players on and change his squad around.
Gavin McCallum, Ali Fuseini and Adam Watts have all been made available for loan by Holdsworth, who has brought seven players in since taking charge.
"We're carrying some players we don't need and some who need to go out and play games," he told BBC Lincolnshire.
"They must go and play football, if they want to. If they don't, we'll have to discuss further options with them."
Holdsworth has brought in Richard Hinds and Tyrone Thompson on permanent deals and signed Paul Farman, Conal Platt, Jake Sheridan, Luke Medley and Mitchell Nelson on loans.
But while seven have come into the club, only defender Danny Hone has moved in the other direction, joining Blue Square Bet Premier rivals Barrow on loan.
Holdsworth added: "I'm going to have to look at options. Some need to go and play, some aren't match fit, others have a high opinion of themselves but I have to be pragmatic and diplomatic."
