Liam Hearn claimed his third hat-trick of the season as Grimsby Town thrashed struggling Stockport County.
Michael Coulson fired home from Hearn's pass, before Hearn slotted in from inside the penalty area.
Anthony Elding headed in Coulson's cross, before Jamie Green rifled in Grimsby's fourth and Hearn struck a fifth into the bottom corner.
The forward got his third by smashing home from close range, before a Charlie I'Anson header finished the rout.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Grimsby Town joint manager Paul Hurst told BBC Radio Humberside:
"We have played well in certain games. We certainly haven't seen a scoreline like that and that's full credit to the players.
"I'm going to look at it from our side - I think we made it difficult. What we stated before the game was that we felt it was coming up against a team that if we started well and pressed them and could get an early goal that would put them on the back foot and maybe confidence isn't very high within their camp but you have to exploit that and obviously we did that.
"We knew we had done our job and to add two more, we've seen it in lots of those games where you're well on top and the second half is a total non-event. I still think we pressed, we still worked hard and that was a pleasing aspect that we kept pressing them."
