Jamille Matt scored a last-gasp equaliser as Kidderminster Harriers came from 3-1 down with 10 minutes left to deny Ebbsfleet victory.
Dave Hankin fired Harriers ahead with a superb 25-yard strike but the hosts responded in style after the interval.
Calum Willock's penalty - after Michael Briscoe's handball - drew Fleet level, his lob made it 2-1 and Nathaniel Pinney hit a third from close range.
But Nick Wright's strike made it 3-2 and Matt's header earned a point.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Ebbsfleet manager Liam Daish told BBC Radio Kent:
"I'm just going to take the positives out of that. Our second half performance was terrific.
"Yes, we were 3-1 up but we've worked very hard for it with literally 16 fit players, we all pulled together and got a point.
"We started awful, but got back. But they're a good side, look at their goals, clinical finishes.
"I couldn't ask for any more."
