Abramovich does not interfere - Grant

Former Chelsea manager Avram Grant insists Blues owner Roman Abramovich is "good" at his job and does not interfere with the managerial decisions over the squad, nor do the players have the power at Stamford Bridge.
Speaking after stories emerged about a rift between current boss Andre Villas-Boas and Abramovich due to Chelsea's recent poor form, Grant says he enjoyed working for the Russian as he lets you pick the team, "buy almost any player you want and loves the football club".
Grant, who admits there is a lot of "inside pressure" to succeed at Chelsea, explains that, when he was appointed manager in September 2007, Abramovich told him about "his dream for the team to play like Barcelona".
