Plymouth Argyle manager Carl Fletcher says his side must address their disciplinary problems.
Argyle have had seven players sent off already this season.
The latest was on-loan defender Paul Bignot, who saw red after kicking out at Stourbridge's Sean Evans in their FA Cup replay defeat on Tuesday.
"The discipline thing is something we'll have to address," player-manager Fletcher told BBC Radio Devon after their loss to the Southern League side.
"I don't really try to tell people when not to tackle and when to tackle but at the minute it is getting a bit out of hand.
"It's all something we have to look at and address as individuals and that we have to work on," he added.
Fletcher had defended Argyle's disciplinary record after Robbie Williams and Conor Hourihane were sent off against Stourbridge .
Earlier on Tuesday Fletcher was backed by Plymouth Argyle's new owner.
James Brent said he wanted to support Fletcher as he tries to guide Argyle away from the bottom of the Football League.
