A spectacular late equaliser from Ebbsfleet's Liam Enver-Marum earned his side a point away at Barrow.
The hosts took an early lead when Andy Cook collected Shaun Pearson's goal-kick and finished past Preston Edwards for his ninth goal of the season.
Michael West shot narrowly wide with a free-kick from 20 yards, before Pearson denied Joe Howe with a fantastic save.
Ebbsfleet grabbed a deserved leveller when Enver-Marum fired home a powerful right-footed shot from 25 yards.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Barrow joint-boss Dave Bayliss tells BBC Radio Cumbria about the equaliser by Liam Enver-Marum:
"From our point of view the lad was in an offside position.
"He was interfering because he's blocked Danny Hone's view of heading the ball, Danny's then mis-headed it because the lad was in front of him.
"To be fair to the lad he's hit an unbelievable strike into the top corner, but we're disappointed the official hasn't seen him, and it should have been a consolation because we put them to the sword."
Ebbsfleet manager Liam Daish told BBC Radio Cumbria:
"It's always a tough place to come and it was made tougher with the conditions.
"It would have been a long way to go with nothing but we got a good point.
"It was who was going to make the least mistakes, who would show the most quality and who would play the conditions."
