Partick Thistle 2-1 Livingston

Partick Thistle players celebrate Conrad Balatoni's goal against Livingston
Balatoni (centre) celebrates with his teammates after putting Thistle ahead

Kenny Deuchar scored at both ends as his Livingston side lost to Partick Thistle.

Paul Cairney crossed for Conrad Balatoni to sweep the ball home and put Thistle ahead on 26 minutes.

And, seven minutes later, Cairney's corner was headed into the net by the unfortunate Deuchar.

The striker atoned for his error when he pulled a goal back for Livi just before the break, neatly finishing from a a Mark Fotheringham cross.

The visitors pressed for a leveller in the second half but Robert Barr's wayward effort was the closest they came.

The result means Thistle replace Livi in fourth place in Scottish Football League Division One.
