Derby County coach Andy Garner says the team have no problem dealing with the pressure of being expected to beat Crystal Palace in the FA Cup.
The Rams have been handed a home tie for the third round fixture next month.
Garner told BBC Radio Derby: "It's important we got a home tie. At home against Crystal Palace the fans will expect us to win and we will as well.
"We don't have anything to fear. They are still a very good side but being at home we'd like to think we can win."
The Rams suffered a humiliating defeat against then non-league Crawley Town in last season's FA Cup third round.
"It's important for us to have a good FA Cup run and important financially as well," Garner added. "Crawley was as a terrible night but we have moved on."
