Hayes & Yeading have signed the nephew of former England international Dave Beasant to provide goalkeeping cover.
James Beasant, 22, has arrived from the Glenn Hoddle Academy, having begun his career with Watford.
He has been brought in on non-contract terms because Carl Pentney is still suffering from an injury suffered in last month's defeat at Alfreton Town.
And Beasant enjoyed a successful debut, keeping a clean sheet in Tuesday's 3-0 victory at Braintree Town.
Beasant's uncle was an FA Cup winner with Wimbledon in 1988 and won two England caps the following year.
He also played for a number of other clubs including Newcastle, Chelsea, Southampton, Nottingham Forest and Portsmouth during his career and is now part of the coaching team for the Hoddle Academy.
