Dagenham ended a run of nine successive league defeats with an impressive draw at high-flying Burton, despite being reduced to 10 men.
The Daggers started on the front foot, and took the lead when Michael Spillane curled in a superb 30-yard free-kick.
Burton struggled to create chances, but levelled when Calvin Zola headed home a Cleveland Taylor corner.
Dagenham's Abu Agogo then saw red for a late tackle, but his side defended well to hold out for the draw.

Burton boss Paul Peschisolido told BBC Radio Derby:
"We didn't really perform today. We never really got going and we lacked creativity.
"I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because I think we tracked back and worked hard and we got people behind the ball, but there was no fluency going the other way.
"I was disappointed. I want people to show a little bit more quality because I know we can do it. What I've said to them in there is that when we lose the ball we need to be solid and concerned about the opposition, but when we're winning, we still want that creativity."
