Luton moved into the play-off places with a win at nine-man Tamworth.
The home side had Paul Green sent off before Danny Crow fired Luton into the lead before half time.
Crow doubled the advantage from 12 yards early in the second half and a precise shot from James Dance put the final result beyond doubt.
Francino Francis saw red for a foul in the area on Keith Kane, but Crow's penalty was saved and Danny Mills netted a consolation for the Lambs.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Luton manager Gary Brabin told BBC Three Counties Radio:
"We created some good chances and played some really good football. That's more like a performance that we have been wanting for a full 90 minutes.
"We worked out socks off from minute one through to the end and that frustrates teams into throwing the tackles in and always running the risk of a yellow or red card.
"When we saw them go down to 10 men we were quite gutted because we thought it would put us under a different pressure. I was delighted how we applied ourselves."
