Danny Green hit a dramatic last-minute winner for Charlton at Yeovil.
The Glovers took the lead when Jon Obika acrobatically volleyed home after the Addicks failed to deal with Paul Huntington's free-kick.
Danny Hollands levelled with a header from Green's corner before the hosts regained the lead when Huntington crashed home from Ed Upson's corner.
Yann Kermorgant hammered home a free-kick to equalise once more and Green lashed home in stoppage time to win it.
Charlton boss Chris Powell told BBC London 94.9:
"Any victory for me is important, any football manager would tell you that. But there is no sweeter time to score a winner in a game than in injury time.
"What I do like is our boys knocking on the door and being resilient and looking to win and that is what we need to do if we want to achieve anything.
"This win sets us up nicely for the next few games."
