Reading full-back Shaun Cummings is enjoying his extended run in the first-team at the Madejski Stadium.
Cummings, 22, who joined the Royals from Chelsea in August 2009, has helped the club to four wins from their last five games.
"I'm getting a good run of games and the team is doing well so that's good news," he told BBC Berkshire.
"The defensive unit is pretty settled and we're doing well and getting a few clean sheets."
He continued: "It's always good to be a part of a team doing well and hopefully we can kick on from here."
The former West Brom and MK Dons loanee has made 18 appearances this season having made only 12 in the whole of the previous campaign.
