Dagenham & Redbridge came from behind to beat promotion-chasing Gillingham and boost their battle against relegation from the Football League.
Danny Kedwell capitalised on an error by goalkeeper Chris Lewington to fire the Gills ahead.
Danny Jackman could have doubled their lead when his corner hit the post.
Billy Bingham levelled with a volley and the Daggers dominated after the break with Brian Woodall curling home to seal the points.
The Daggers move up to 20th with the win, while Gillingham remain sixth.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Gillingham manager Andy Hessenthaler told BBC Radio Kent:
"We had a good 20 minutes in the first half where we scored and hit the post a couple of times, but we should have gone on from there.
"We weren't good enough in the end. We gave them two silly goals that could have been avoided.
"It's a disappointing end to the year and we know we didn't show the standard we've been showing in the last couple of weeks."
