Port Vale have released full-back Rob Kozluk after just seven appearances for the League Two club.
Manager Micky Adams has chosen not to extend the short-term deal that Kozluk, 34, agreed in September.
Meanwhile, defenders Clayton McDonald and Phil Roe have signed new deals that will keep them at Vale Park until the end of the season.
"Both have shown enough this season to warrant us extending their contracts," Adams told BBC Radio Stoke.
"Clayton's six-month deal was based solely around a shoulder injury that he'd picked up. He's now fully fit from that and has featured in a fair amount of games.
"I still think there's more to come from him and certainly I'd like to see him get a little bit fitter.
"As for Phil Roe, he's not featured much but there is potential there.
"Just to ease the pressure on him, we'll extend his contract and see how he goes in the second half of the season."
