Forest Green 1-1 Kidderminster

A last-minute equaliser from Jamille Matt earned Kidderminster a point at Forest Green and extended Harriers' unbeaten run to 10 matches.

Forest Green took the lead when Yan Klukowski fired home into the roof of the net from James Norwood's cross.

The hosts had chances to double their lead but Michael Uwezu and Matty Taylor both had shots saved by Tony Breeden.

Kidderminster levelled the game when Matt headed in Mickey Demetriou's cross for his seventh goal in seven matches.

VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM

Missed chances cost us - Hockaday

Forest Green manager Dave Hockaday told BBC Radio Gloucestershire:

"It feels like a defeat because we were creating chances. We got one of the best teams in the league resorting to just pumping balls into the box.

"Everyone dug in today and put in a really good shift but we didn't keep the ball well enough in the second half.

"We did more than enough to win the game today. I'm proud of the players and the fans were great."

It was a pulsating game - Burr

Kidderminster manager Steve Burr told BBC Hereford & Worcester:

"Obviously that is something that can happen; managers get it [the manager of the month award] and then you lose the next game.

"But I have never been one to think that should happen and I wasn't going to let it happen today.

"The lads kept going to day and it is pleasing for Jamille to get the goal as he has had a terrific month and hopefully that will continue."
