Shamrock Rovers have appointed Stephen Kenny as their new boss, three days after he left Derry City to join the League of Ireland champions.
Kenny quit the Candystripes on Saturday morning to take the vacant job at the Tallaght club.
Dubliner Kenny, who turned down a contract extension at the Brandywell, was in his second spell with Derry.
Kenny will take over the Rovers post from Michael O'Neill, who is set to named the new Northern Ireland manager.
It is believed that Shamrock Rovers will pay Derry compensation for Kenny's services.
