Coyle asks Cahill to stay focused

Bolton boss Owen Coyle confirms talks are under way between Chelsea and Gary Cahill after the two clubs agreed a fee for the England defender.

The former Burnley manager says he has asked Cahill to remain focused on Bolton for the time being and leave his representatives to discuss terms at Stamford Bridge.

Coyle hopes to bring players to Bolton during the January transfer window but refuses to confirm any names as he says it would be disrespectful to their current clubs.
