Peterborough United have extended Ryan Tunnicliffe's loan from Manchester United until the end of February.
Tunnicliffe joined Posh in the summer and has made 24 appearances, playing a more regular role since the loss of Grant McCann to a knee injury.
Because the deal is a youth loan the 19-year-old midfielder will be able to prolong his stay at London Road for a second time.
He is expected to remain with Posh until the end of the season.
Tunnicliffe's Old Trafford team-mate Scott Wootton is already on a season-long loan with Posh.
