Bath City 1-1 Braintree Town

Braintree striker Sean Marks scored in injury-time to deny bottom side Bath a third consecutive home win.

Sean Canham opened the scoring from close range for the hosts and team-mate Marley Watkins clipped the post with a curling effort.

Ben Wright saw his long-range free-kick tipped onto the crossbar by Bath goalkeeper Jason Matthews.

But Braintree got their leveller when Marks scored a rebound after Matthews saved his penalty.

Braintree Town manager Alan Devonshire told BBC Essex:

Draw was a fair result - Devonshire

"It wasn't the best of games. Very scrappy, I thought we started off poorly. I wasn't happy at half time and we sorted a few things out.

"We got the penalty at the end, I'm happy with a point, we were winning and they nicked it at our place.

"I asked the referee and he said he (Gethin Jones) pulled him (Chib Chilaka) down, so blatant pen."
