Darren Edwards scored twice in eight first-half minutes as Gloucester City ran out comfortable winners over Worcester City at Whaddon Road.
Edwards netted from close range on 15 minutes after Worcester keeper James Dormand dropped a corner.
He made it 2-0 on 22 minutes but away striker Mike Symons reduced the arrears nine minutes before the break.
Any hopes of a Worcester comeback were snuffed out when Will Morford's 20-yard drive crept under the diving Dormand.
VIEW FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Worcester manager Carl Heeley told BBC Hereford and Worcester:
"We started the game quite brightly in the first 10 minutes or so and we had some good opportunities out on the flanks.
"But the final ball was lacking and unfortunately that came to nothing.
"The disappointing thing about today was the manner in which we conceded the goals as I thought they were all poor goals."
