Crystal Palace sign Egan & Dumbuya ; extend Martin stay

Chris Martin
Martin made four Premier League appearances this season before joining Palace

Crystal Palace have secured loan deals for Norwich's Chris Martin and defenders John Egan from Sunderland and Mustapha Dumbuya from Doncaster Rovers.

Striker Martin, 23, has been at Palace since November and will remain until 4 February, but is unable to face Derby in the FA Cup on Saturday.

He has made eight appearances for the Eagles, scoring his only goal in last month's 1-1 draw with the Rams.

Egan, 19, and 24-year-old Dumbuya join on one-month loan deals.

Both are eligible to play in this weekend's third round clash.

Egan has captained Sunderland's reserve team this season but is yet to make a first-team appearance for the north-east side.

Dumbuya has made 35 appearances for Rovers since stepping up from the non-league in 2009.
