Leicester City centre-half Aleksandar Tunchev says Nigel Pearson's return as manager has revitalised his career.
Pearson signed the Bulgarian during his first reign, but Tunchev's time at the Foxes has been blighted by injuries.
However, the 30-year-old defender is now finally free from injury and has started the last two matches.
Tunchev told BBC Radio Leicester: "The gaffer gives me belief. I need that. Everything's good with my knee, my body is alright so I'm looking forward."
The former CSKA Sofia man made just two substitute appearances for Leicester last season, but he signed a one-year deal in August before immediately joining Crystal Palace on loan, where he played 10 games before re-joining City in October.
He added: "I didn't play [for Leicester] for a long time but now I am happy. It was a very hard time."
