Ban for Inverness defender Kenny Gillet upheld
Inverness full-back Kenny Gillet has lost his appeal against the straight red card he picked up against Dunfermline in the Scottish Cup.
The Frenchman was dismissed by referee Euan Norris for a foul on Andy Barrowman after half an hour of Saturday's 1-1 draw.
A claim of wrongful dismissal was thrown out by the Scottish Football Association's fast-track tribunal.
Gillet will miss the replay against the Pars at East End Park on 18 January.
