Welsh Premier League

Neath 3-2 Port Talbot Town (Thur): Toby Jones' late double ensured Neath maintain their European push with victory over local rivals Port Talbot Town.

Luke Bowen had given the hosts an early lead before Port Talbot scored twice inside two second-half minutes as Martin Rose and Lee John put the visitors in control.

But two Jones goals in the final five minutes gave Neath victory as The Gnoll side extended their unbeaten run to 10 games.

Bala Town 3-1 Afan Lido (Sat): Lee Hunt scored in the opening and closing 10 minutes as Bala moved within four points of fourth-placed Neath.

Hunt put the home side ahead with a ninth-minute penalty, and the points looked secure when Mark Jones doubled the lead with 23 minutes remaining.

But an Andrew Hill penalty on 78 minutes gave Afan Lido hope, only for Hunt to put the result beyond doubt with his second two minutes from time.
