Basement club Northampton threw away a first-half lead to lose to Barnet.
The visitors had a chance in the first minute but smothered Izale McLeod's point-blank effort.
Adebayo Akinfenwa's header gave the hosts the lead with the final touch on Ben Harding's inswinging corner.
Northampton failed to clear and Mark Byrne's first-time curler drew Barnet level, before Ricky Holmes beat Weale at his near post to win it.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Northampton boss Aidy Boothroyd told BBC Radio Northampton:
"I'm ready for a fight. Is it a low point? Yes it is.
"But you have a choice. You either get on with it, put your fists up again Monday and get fighting or you drop them and you get knocked out and I'm not here to get knocked out.
"When you are down there it's result that count but you want consistent performances."
