Ipswich Town have completed the signing of Hearts midfielder Ryan Stevenson for an undisclosed fee.
The 27-year-old has agreed an 18-month deal and has received international clearance, meaning he will be eligible for Tuesday's visit of West Ham.
"I had a few other teams interested but when a club of the stature of Ipswich comes in, you take it," he said.
Stevenson has not played since 17 December due to a wage dispute at the Tynecastle club.
"It's a big opportunity for me, too big to turn down and I can't wait to get going," he added.
"Playing in England has always been a big ambition of mine and to have a chance to play at such a big club and alongside so many top players is fantastic."
Stevenson, who can play up front as well as in midfield, was called into Scotland squad for the recent friendly against Cyprus but is still awaiting his first senior cap.
Earlier this month, Hearts rejected a bid for Stevenson from Crawley Town.
