Martin Hansen leaves Liverpool to join Danish side Viborg FF

Hansen has represented Denmark at U16, U17, U18, U20 and U21 level

Danish goalkeeper Martin Hansen has left Liverpool to return to Denmark with Viborg FF.

He joined the Liverpool Academy in 2006 from Brondby but failed to make a first-team appearance.

The 21-year-old joined Bradford City on loan in August and made four appearances in League Two, conceding five goals.

His departure comes after Liverpool completed the signing of Wrexham's teenage goalkeeper Danny Ward.
