Guernsey boss Tony Vance was full of praise for captain Sam Cochrane after his fine performance in the 4-2 win over Westfield.
The Green Lions sit 13 points clear at the top of the Combined Counties Division One League table and the visitors offered little resistance.
"He's immense. He's a tremendous captain and he's our leader," Vance told BBC Radio Guernsey.
"He can be inspiring, he was good again today and he had to be."
