Matt Green's 87th-minute winner saw Mansfield Town close the gap on the play-off places to two points with victory over Tamworth.
After a goalless first half, Tamworth went ahead when Jean-Paul Marna drove his shot into the top corner.
The Stags levelled 14 minutes from time as Adam Smith tucked the ball home from inside the area.
Three minutes from time, Green met a cross from Gary Roberts to complete the comeback for the Stags.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Mansfield Town manager Paul Cox told BBC Radio Nottingham:
"I think all the accolades today have got to go to the players, they were amazing.
"The lads have come from a goal behind again and showed some real desire to not just get themselves back into it but to go and win it. The performance wasn't brilliant but the result was absolutely excellent.
"We've had to dig in, we've had to work hard and we've had to go the yard extra and against Tamworth who, for me, are a very good side."
