Aberdeen's Stephen Hughes out for a month with hamstring injury
Aberdeen midfielder Stephen Hughes is facing a month on the sidelines because of a hamstring injury.
The former Rangers and Motherwell player was forced off in Sunday's goalless draw with St Johnstone.
It is the latest hamstring problem to hit the Dons this season with Isaac Osbourne and Peter Pawlett having suffered similar injuries to Hughes.
St Mirren host Aberdeen on Saturday before Craig Brown's side welcome Celtic the following week.
The Dons then have back-to-back Scottish Cup and league matches against Motherwell at Fir Park.
Hughes joined Aberdeen last month after ending his second spell at 'Well.
