Lincoln Ladies manager Glenn Harris ready for new season

Lincoln Ladies manager Glenn Harris says he cannot wait for the new season to start after finding out who the Lady Imps will play in the Continental Cup.

Harris' side will face Chelsea, Liverpool and the inaugural Super League champions Arsenal.

"It was going to be a tough draw whoever we were drawn against," Harris told BBC Lincolnshire.

The Lady Imps recently had their Super League licence extended for the 2013 season.

Harris also revealed that the club are hoping to sign two more players before the season starts.

"We've been talking to a couple of goalkeepers, unfortunately one didn't turn out the way we wanted but we are still on the lookout," he added.

"Ideally we are also looking for another striker to give us some more options up front."

The club have already signed four players ahead of the new season which starts in April, including Australian internationals Collette McCallum and Laura Alleway.
